Leia is an excellent travel-friendly ukulele with a sound comparable to the rest of the Princess series. Cedar and Acacia
Cedar is a ukulele tone wood well-known for bright clarity and volume. For the Flight Leia, we matched an all-solid cedar top with stunning laminate acacia for the back and sides. Acacia is in the same family of Hawaiian koa. The pairing of the cedar and acacia woods creates a beautiful sound – the Flight Leia is full and rich sounding with clear projection. Joining the two woods together is a delicious maple wood binding. This thinline ukulele features a satin finish for a lasting smooth touch.

This model comes with Double brand B1U pickup installed. These pickups are highly regarded for their ease of use, simple tone and volume control. Designed for ukuleles, the controls are mounted inside the lip of the sound-hole for quick and easy changes with quality precision. Battery changes are quick, with no need for unsightly battery blocks that add unnecessary weight and bulk to the ukulele.
