Bone compensated saddle and pin bridge
The Maia Luxe features a real bone nut and a compensated saddle. Compensated saddles help to properly set the intonation of each string. The pin bridge allows for quick and easy string changes.

The Maia Luxe features a gloss black headstock with the Flight logo, which matches the gloss black scallop and binding of the instrument. The resulting look is both bold and classy.

Abalone rosette, binding and unique position markers
A wide abalone rosette and binding offset beautifully the natural colors of the mahogany top, offering a classic touch to the instrument. The unique triangle fretboard markers make this baritone stand out from the pack. Side position markers are included for ease of reference for the player.
Real temptation
Stylish cutaway and soundhole
We adopted a gloss black scalloped cutaway for the Maia Luxe, a favorite feature on our Spirit, Mustang and Victoria models. This intelligent design allows for playing higher up the fretboard without the compromise in volume and tone caused by many full cutaways. In addition, for the Luxe version we incorporated a side soundhole on the top of the ukulele, enhancing the Maia Luxe’s full tone and projection.
Small yet mighty
Double C1U active pickup
The controls for the active pickup are mounted underneath the sound hole, meaning that a cavity does not have to be created on the side of the ukulele for the pickup. The Double C1U is easy to use, and sounds great! Ukuleles with the new active pickups include an “A” (for “Active”) as a part of their model number.
